Jun 11, 2020 · I'm working on 2009 f550 with a 6.4. No crank, no start. What I know is, Both batteries are at 12.5 volts ish and have tested good. When scanned there is no communication with ECM or the TCM. Fuse 39 and the ecm bus, which includes the ecm relay, and fuses 70 73 74 75 and 76 are all hot, unburned, and show 12.5 volts with a multi meter. 2002 f350 7.3 won't start. Need some help... I was replacing my glow plug relay today, and somehow i shorted the big terminal on the relay to the small post that sits in the front of the relay. <accidentally laid a screw driver across them>.
