This is the only "valid" code (EBPV code, but mines gutted with SP Diesel "dongle") IPR% during cranking is about 54% (max command) and ICP is at 0 psi. Performed all pinpoint tests for p1283 and they all passed (power feed check, IPR coil ...Getting this P1690 code. Along with the code I am getting a fast thump-thump-thump out the intake. Passed test KH2 at 11.9 volts. The 30 amp fuse for this circuit is OK too, I think passing this test tells me that too. Test light came on for all 8. Replaced valve cover and harness 3,000 miles ago maybe 12 months ago with OEM. Brand new glow plug relay. Test light shows power coming in and power going out. The wait to start comes on and goes off.If it is the sensor is bad. Also if you have a capable scanner check to see what the pressure is with the KOEO (Key On Engine Off).
