Helped me visualize it better. I read the 86 page doc like at least 10 times, finishing about one-third of it every day over 3 days. Rinse and repeat. I used MILEDOWN’S Anki deck. Worked best for me. How one theory opposes and supports the other is very important so I wouldn't recommend only looking at high yields.
