Yesterday it was the third time since firmware 23 that my Q2 stuck at the boot logo. First time directly after the firmware update. I waited some minutes and I hard reset it. Yesterday I plugged in the power cable into the battery of the elite strap and it seems that the device rebooted. The white LED on the side on and the boot logo stuck.Try rebooting it (rather than just restarting it) To reboot, hold down the "-" volume button and power button until the headset restarts (it can take 30-60s, so don't panic), once it has restarted, it'll show a boot menu, use the "-" & "+" volume buttons to navigate to "reboot" and use the power button to confirm.Go to settings in the Oculus app on your phone.
