For my experience, ATI was actually most like the nclex questions. 99% of the Uworld questions are too difficult to ever appear on the nclex. I was 95 percentile in Uworld and did both practice test.YOU PASSED. if you got a shit-ton of "select all that apply" questions and it shut off at 75, there's zero way you failed. the test automatically adjusts difficulty based on your answers.
