You can get it from mobs occasionally. You can also make them 10/10/10 seeds using agricraft and they grow faster and yield more essence. Also watering can helps. 2.Fastest way is max growth accelerators and max farmland with a maxed out fertilizer upgrade. If you still on a update with the rats mod do that also.
