Cvs in my opinion. I worked at both a target cvs and covered shifts at CVS store locations, and the difference in patient moods completely dictates the day. Seems like patients come into CVS ready to throw hands, but when i worked at walgreens it really felt a lot more relaxed in a way. Anywhere without a drive thru.CMD's (with the exception of DDS or DVM, rarely require a phone call, as they likely have a second registration with E-Rx or fax number. RMD is rarely used. at my store, as we re-fax outright or re-send to MD entry with Y in the E-Rx field. WCB = Will Call Back. CMD = Call MD.Officially code green is only for MGRs and ASM of MGR isn’t there. IC3 in pharmacy can be answered by anyone but code green is a set expectation on MGR to spend set time in pharmacy x amount of times a day. Keep in mind different DMs and areas may have their version set differently. 1. Award.Standard practice is to not call another pharmacy to give a copy except in special circumstances.
