I purchased an air cooled Alienware Aurora R12 computer in late August 2021. Received it in September 2021. From the moment I began using it, anytime I began using any program that is even remotely graphic intensive, the monitor flickers, goes black, and the computer crashes. Complete crashes. I called Dell Technical Support constantly.Unfortunately, because I didn't get the drive pre installed it didn't come with the mounting screw. I think the spacer is there. The top looks like a regular Phillips and I think another screw goes into that. The drive didn't come with any mounting screws either.
